The Raindrop Massage

The Raindrop Massage combines the art of aromatherapy with the techniques of Vita Flex and massage.

In the 80 Gary Young has his knowledge of essential oils combined with ancient techniques of the Lakota Indians; he developed the Raindrop Technique.

The feather-light technology of the Lakota Indians was then developed, because the Indians are no longer allowed to travel to the north, the northern lights where they were going by tradition to help heal their sick, both emotionally and physically.

By combining the oils with the massage they reinforce each other and offer a revolutionary way to balance and bring harmony to the body, physically, mentally and emotionally - by the energy in the body to flow again.

During Raindrop Massage are mainly used the following oils: Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Cypress, Wintergreen, Marjoram, Peppermint and two oil blends. The massage starts with the feet, then the different essential oils are dropped and one for the back and distributed by the various massage techniques on the skin.

The whole process takes (from start to finish) over 1 hour, but the oils work after treatment at least another week in the form of healing and harmonization. Plan little in the rest of the day and drink plenty of water in order to assist the cleaning of the body.

Oiled by Nature takes care of the Raindrop massage, but in our team we have masseurs throughout the country who can provide this for you. Do you want to learn how to apply the Raindrop technique in your practice or experience for yourself: please contact us.
